Don't Put All of Your Eggs in One Basket

You'll notice a few minor changes to my blog. I won't name names because there is no reason to, but I woke up to find that I was removed from an advertiser without a given reason. So I asked them about it and got the same results. Then I did a little research and learned that if you blog about something they don't like, you're dropped. Or if you have a sudden leap in visitors as I did when I wrote about actress Megan Fox (yes, she's that hot!), you're dropped.

The funny thing is I remembered John Chow's knowledge about not putting all of your eggs into one basket, so I didn't. The money that the advertiser held was ghost money to me, but when I reached the payout limit I was removed from their system and told I would not receive any money. Funny that it took me over two years to get to that very small amount. So in reality they received free advertising from my blog. I was so very generous!!! LOL

The morale to this story is, if you're putting your eggs into one basket and you are relying on that money, please don't! I learned many years ago not to rely on extra money because in the end it's never there. Now if I have it in hand, then that's great! But if it's on hold somewhere I just base my income on what I do already have and go from there.

Megan Fox and Olivia Wilde

About a week ago actress, Megan Fox was in the news again. While I'd seen somewhere that she was no longer engaged to Brian Austin Green, Yahoo News confirmed that she is. Hmm. However, that wasn't what peaked my interest. Apparently, Megan Fox is not shy about admitting that she has a crush on a certain blond lady and would date her. Particularly actress, Olivia Wilde. Yet, she said she says a woman doesn't have to be lesbian to date another woman? Does that make sense? Maybe I misread?

So anyway, I'd never heard of Olivia Wilde, so I went and checked her out. Apparently she stars in the television series, HOUSE M.D. Okay, so I've never seen the show, which of course would explain why I have never heard of Olivia Wilde.lol

So what I am really wondering is why say you're not a lesbian or bi when you're hot for a woman and going out with her? I do remember Megan Fox saying she was attracted to Olivia, so maybe that was it. There I could see why you don't have to be lesbian or bi to be attracted to a woman. Or do you? lol Who knows. I guess I just found it to be an insane and yet interesting way of seeing things. What do you think?

One thing is for sure, if guys or gals didn't love Megan Fox before, they will now!

My Husband and Megan Fox

Isn't it amazing how we always seem to take particular notice of a really hot female celebrity our partners have a fantasy crush on. Take for instance,  Megan Fox. It never really dawned on me how many men and women seem to love her striking features until she co-starred in the movie, Transformers and my husband took notice. I mean have you seen those amazing blue eyes? It's no wonder my husband and guys like Beverly Hill's 90210 star, Brian Austin Green are attracted to her.

Of course, it's not just about the blue eyes that have men and women looking her way or wanting to copy her mesmerizing features. But, while she is a celebrity crush that I must give two thumbs up to, that's about as far as her and I will ever go since I can't say her acting is as fantastic as her looks. My husband, however I'm sure could care less about that. She's eye candy and she'll continue to be his fantasy girl, I'm sure.

Who is your celebrity girl crush? I must admit, while Megan Fox is stunning, my girl crush goes to Regina, one of my favorite characters from the television show, Once Upon a Time. I could was write about her all day long and then some. Stay tuned, you just might see that happen.
