The Extinction of Resident Evil

Add a once model with a television Hero and a bunch of beefed up zombies...and what do you get? A movie that's... Ehhhh Okay.

While I loved Resident Evil and Resident Evil Apocalypse, there was just something about Resident Evil Extinction that just didn't take the cut. I guess maybe it was the fact that there's been too many world has ended zombie movies recently. Or maybe it was the guys in Alice's life just can't stay alive. Reminds me of the girls in Richard B. Riddick's (aka Vin Diesel) life. It just plain sucks!

It's Been a Very Long Day

Instead of my usual job, I was placed in a different area at work today. It's fun, but the schedule is different than my usual one. Because of the schedule change, it made the day go very slowly. I would finish up a tote, look at my watch and find that time had stood still! Not fun at all.

Despite everything, it's finally nice to be at home. Tonight we're watching the latest Resident Evil movie after the kids go to bed. I'm very excited and can't wait to see it. In the mean time, I'll be back and forth, working on reviews, checking email and making duck stew.
