Years ago when the economy was still stable, my ex-in-laws decided to purchase an RV as their home away from home while they traveled for work.
I thought it was pretty cool back then until I learned that a new RV can cost as much as 60 grand! Wow, thank heavens for rv loans, huh?
But even with a loan I can imagine it still cost them quite a chunk of money in a form of a monthly payment! But still, I know for them it was well worth the money.

Cringing at Mortage Rates
When it comes to home loans aka: mortgage rates, most people cringe at the thought. Personally, I don't blame them. When we got our mortgage rate, we were lucky. It was right before the summer interest rates sky rocketed. So, I'm sure as far as home mortgages go, we have the lowest around here. I'm sure not everyone got as lucky as we did, however.
Know someone who might not have the lowest home loan, possible? You might have them check out ehomemortgages.com While not everyone may be able to lower they interest rate, it never hurts to check it out.
