Small Business Big Problem

I won't name any names, but a while back, one of our favorite business's owners was telling us about their problem with not being able to keep track of receipts since the company they were using wasn't really reliable.

Now if you're a business owner then you know how that can be a problem. Receipts are everything because they tell you how much of a profit you're making and spending and are a customer's lifeline when it comes to shopping. So, I'm wondering if our favorite little business knows about the epson receipt printer. Could it be a better solution to their receipt tracking problem? I'm thinking yes.

Technology Isn't Always Great

I'll be honest, I'm not too familiar with a receipt printer, but I've often heard they can be a pain unless you know how to handle them with care. I know when I was a desk clerk for a local hotel here in Independence, KS we always had problems trying to get our printer to print out receipts.

It never seemed to want to network with all of the computers and it was always on the blitz for one problem or another. After a while our manager decided the best thing to do was just hire someone who knew what they were doing and after that things went smoothly with the darn thing. Of course I honestly have no idea if it's still working great or not! LOL
