Diet Pills. If You're Going to Use Them Do Your Research
If you're no stranger to my blog, then I'm sure you've see me write about how bad many diet pills can be. Most don't even work unless you have the willpower to lose the weight. For me personally, I don't take them. I'd rather lose weight the old-fashioned way and forgo putting a man-made chemical into my body. It's too dangerous of a risk that I'm just not willing to take.
However, I also understand that not everyone is the same. There are some of us who don't mind taking a risk and purchasing some diet pills to help aid us in our weight-loss goal. And if you believe that they'll work for you, then that's your right. No one can force you to do anything you don't want to do.
But if you're going to choose a diet pill, please at least do your research. I love research on anything! It's the best way to learn about a product, service or even website. Without research I would be helpless. Well, maybe not, but certainly close to it! So do some research online and offline. Ask your doctor about the best diet pills available , ask your friends and family, your co-workers and even your neighbors! Someone will know something! Just be safe!

Hi!
ReplyDeleteBetter don't go with the easy way like taking a diet pill. Exercise is the best workout if you want to keep slim.
See you around.
luna,
ReplyDeleteI agree 100% I just wish everyone would see it too!!!
I Google just about anything I'm interested in especially when it comes to my health and diet.
ReplyDeleteNothing beats exercise and eating healthy. Rushing weight loss is not healthy. I hear 1 pound a week is a good and healthy goal.
Rolando,
ReplyDeleteGoogle is excellent in that aspect. I don't diet, but I do try to eat healthy.
Eating healthy is half the battle for dieting. I used to take a lot of supplements for my workouts. I later learned that all I had to do is eat right instead of spend a gazillion dollars :)
ReplyDeleteI think that some supplements are necessary, even with healthy eating.
