The cable management was necessary in order to keep the computers from mixing up the data. There were news cables for the morning reports, afternoon reports and evening reports. Each report was sent hourly, so she knew that the news on her brother was still fresh since it had only been five minutes since the last report.
The feed was never live for reports like this. Only recorded cameras aimed at every street corner in the city. IT had been five minutes since he'd murdered the girl on Park Ave. and now he was hiding somewhere close by.

Power
He had enough video surveillance around the house to make sure he knew exactly where his girls were at, at all times. And the cable covers helped disguise the fact that he was able to watch them. He liked being able to watch them. It was like watching a reality show without having to pay for it. He could see the girls were scared and he liked seeing them scared. It made him feel powerful. He loved having power.

Boggling the Mind With a CAT 5E
CAT 5E stands for "Cable and Telephone." It's use: Designed for High Signal Integrity, for use with computer networks and ethernet connections. Cool I have one of those. But... My ethernet connection is void. The reason is, when we had a big power storm a few years back, the cable box I use got fried. It was of course connected to my ethernet which got fried. Thank god for USB connections!
So while I really don't have any use for a Cat5e Keystone jack at the moment, I'm sure someone out there in this insane world, does. And if there's a really big technology buff out there, please feel free to drop a comment on the subject of CAT 5E's.

Fiber Cables for Musicians?
Today while visiting a friend, I noticed he had some kick ass recording equipment. Now while I am not a big fan of all of the technical mumble jumble, I am willing to bet that a fiber cable, like the ones found at Black Box, are right up his alley.
Maybe those cables are not exactly what he needs for his musical equipment.... But I can certainly bet, it wouldn't be hard for him to find a great way to incorporate something from Black Box into his musical studio. What do you think? I'm not really familiar with fiber cables. Does anyone have a great use/idea for these?
