My Husband, the Ex-Bounty Hunter

My husband is an avid hunter and at one time he did a little bit of bounty hunting. As exciting as that may seem to some people, it's not all what it's cracked up to be. Bounty Hunting can be a very dangerous job, but in the end it's worth it.

Being able to do the job also means you need to be wearing the right type of clothing. A bright orange shirt or pair of blue jeans is not only very noticeable, it's also very uncomfortable and not very convenient. When you're on the job as a bounty hunter, you generally need a lot of pocket room for various equipment.

5.11 has a nice selection of clothing that will suit in bounty hunter's need. 5.11 isn't just about the clothing, however. They have some great tactical gear as well. Right now 5.11 is offering free shipping as well as free 5.11 clothing and tactical gear with selected purchases. How insane is that?

5.11 isn't just great for bounty hunters, however. I can see avid hunters and private investigators easily shopping with 5.11 as well. Check them out. It may very well be worth your while!

Surviving in Los Angeles

Several years ago I was actually in the process of getting a degree in Private Investigative work. Although it didn't work out, if it had... I am very sure I would have been looking at police and SWAT gear for protection.

LA Police Gear has a lot of interesting gear for hunter and survival enthusiasts, as well as those who work for law enforcement or the government, and want to use their own personal equipment instead of issued.

The only thing I found with this site is, it's hard to distinguish what shipping and handling charges are. Even going through check out, there didn't seem to be any info on it. However, it looks like there are some brands that are offering free shipping. Check them out.
