Your Blueberries May Not Be Real!

This article about blueberry imposters just goes to show you cannot trust processed foods no matter what they claim! What really surprises me is that the FDA approves of the false labeling. So instead of buying a product containing real blueberries, we're buying products that containing blue food coloring mixed with fats, sugars and other junk we shouldn't be putting into our bodies. Yuck!

Promoting with a Calendar

In the future I've thought about taking the idea of my work as a free-lance writer and promoting myself for the whole world to see. Or promoting myself as an author when I do finally publish that novel. In order to do something like that, I'm going to need help and something that will catch the attention of my clients/readers.
