"Marley, it says here that this website has Betastax reviews. Maybe it would be a good idea to check it out before you think about getting some fat burning pill." Marley's husband said. "I mean really hun, I don't want you to make a wrong choice."
Marley stared at the computer screen and watched the webpages jump from one page to the next. It was as if she was scanning the pages, but the problem was she wasn't anywhere near her computer. Marley inched closer to the screen and read the website's name aloud. "Fat Burner." She backed away from the screen and closed her eyes. Her eyes had to be playing tricks on her. She'd been considering a fat burning pill for a while now. She wanted to lose some weight and she hated the thought of giving up her favorite snacks and exercising. So a fat burning pill seemed like her only option.
But now as she continued to stare at the webpages, she suddenly wondered if there wasn't something more. She'd never really believed in spirits, but how else could she explain what was happening right before her eyes. Was someone trying to tell her something?
Marley closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Her husband had been gone for almost a year now. He'd been driving home from work when he lost control of his car on a patch of ice and slid off the Riverston Bridge. She missed him so. She smiled as she remembered how he would always whistle at her outfits when they went out to dinner. And how he would always hold her hand and tell her how beautiful she was.
Now she suddenly wondered, could it be him? Could he be sending her some sort of message? She smiled at that thought and sat down in front of her computer. If this was happening then maybe she'd better take a look. She clicked on the link to the reviews and began reading the article. Over her shoulder, Marley's husband smiled.

Fat Burners Have Nothing To Do With Nutrition
Tonight I was asked to talk about a product called, Stimerex ES. While I don't mind talking about products on my blog, I was disappointed to learn that this product is found under a website that is known for nutrition.
In my opinion not fat burning pill should be considered a nutrition. Many are made with chemicals that can do more harm for the body than good. They have nothing to do with nutrition.
However, I also know many people who believe in the good of diet pills. While I'm against them, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
If you believe in products like Stimerex ES that may or may not help you lose weight, please do your research first! Your life may very well depend on it!

Part Two Of Diet PIlls
Since there has been a lot of talk about diet pills and fat burners like Leptovox, I really think that I want to touch base with this topic again.
Years ago I decided I needed to really lose some stubborn fat because all of the walking I had been doing was not dropping the after-pregnancy fat that I had. I had also somehow thought at that time my ex was really into the models with the beautiful bodies. Plus, he too decided that he wanted to lose some fat, so we purchased a very popular fat burner (celebrity endorsed of course!) in hopes of looking like the before an after pictures on the box.
But, after taking about half of the pills in the box we saw no improvement because we were looking for an instant miracle, so we gave up. It was also during that time that many pills were popping up as being dangerous. I guess we were lucky enough that the one we had chosen had not caused us any harm.
But the really interesting part about this story is, we were looking for instant miracle. Diet pills, fat burners, whatever a company wants to call them, are not instant miracles. It takes healthy eating and a great workout routine to get your body into shape. Discipline is really the key to any weight loss with or without a pill.
There's also something else. There is no such thing as the perfect body. Someone may tell you they have seen one, but in reality we have no idea what the perfect body really looks like. Man is determined that everything needs to be perfect or it's not worth it. While it's not good to be obese, it's also not fair to be ridiculed or turned down for a date because you don't have a skinny supermodel body.
So in my opinion, man needs to shut up and open their eyes because natural beauty is the best damn thing that will ever happen to them.

Part of My Job
Lately I've been writing about health issues when it comes to work. One of the articles I just finished writing about was on "trans fats." Before I start writing any article, I do a lot of research on it, whether I know the subject by heart or not. It's amazing what you learn even if you think you know a subject.
For those who are unfamiliar with what "trans fats" are, they are the reason many of us are at risk for heart disease, cancer, and other health related problems. Some very bad stuff.
They can also make you gain weight. The more we eat of the stuff, the more we store fat. After I started working on health articles, I started taking notice more of what I was feeding my family. The biggest culprit that puts many of us at risk is processed foods. Crackers, cookies, cakes, you name it, it's generally bad for you.
Some of us tend to try to cut back on the stuff. Yep, I've been there and done that. And others try exercise. I've done that too. But, then there are those of us who try the diet pills. These are pretty darn scary. Especially if you have no idea what you're buying.
For instance, most of us have probably sometime in our lives tried fat burners. And of course, either they worked or they didn't. Now while I've never had a fat burning pill do many any harm, I did take an energy pill that left me very, very sick. So be very careful when you consider taking any kind of pill that claims to help you burn fat, lose weight or give you energy! Some are harmless, some are not!
