The fenphedrine had been prescribed by his father who was a doctor. Did she really need the weight-loss pills? Was she that fat in his eyes? He often looked at other girls with beautiful bodies to the point it made her uncomfortable. Beautiful bodies. Perfect bodies. A perfect everything. She just couldn't compete could she?
But right now she could smile just a little. He was hard. She could easily see it. She walked toward him, pressed her body against his and looked him into the eyes. "What?" He asked. He sounded bothered, almost as if he didn't want her to be there.
"I-" It was then that she noticed his hardness had gone away. Had she caused it? Surely she must have.
"It does that when you touch me." He said explaining what she didn't dare ask.
"I'm sorry." She whispered.
"It's common." He said turning to her. Then he smiled, kissed her on the cheek and turned away from her to get dressed.

The Cause
"You want to follow me?" He asked pointing her away from the rooster who was now crowing and seemed very content with making noise than worrying about being tied to the pole.
She started to shake her head at the handsome man until he chuckled at her reaction and said, "Don't worry. I know you're a volunteer. I'm a head volunteer, so I get to show all the new people the ropes."
She nodded and then smiled as he led the way as he continued his conversation. "There are a lot of people here that need our help. Thank you for being a part of this by the way. I just hope we're not too late. We're losing them to the drug more and more by the hours."
“Yes. Can you believe a simple thing that claimed to be the best weight loss pills in the drug industry did all of this?” She said as she followed him to a table covered with medical supplies.
He stopped, then turned toward her, lowered his voice and said, “To be quite honest, no. I think there’s something else causing all of this, miss. I’m sorry. I didn’t quite catch your name.”
“It’s Hope Conwell. And please tell me more.” She whispered.

The Missing Moment
The ephedra diet pills she'd taken had made her drowsy beyond belief. She'd never known a diet pill to make anyone sleepy and she'd been taking the pill for several months without any problems, so something was definitely not right.
The last thing she remembered before she'd drifted off to sleep was the small get-together with friends that her husband had planned. He had been absolutely insistent on throwing the party in her honor after forgetting her birthday, even though she hadn't wanted it. And you couldn't say no to him unless you wanted trouble.
After taking the pills, the next thing she knew she was dizzy and drowsy, then had woken up on the bathroom floor. Now here she was staring back at her reflection in the mirror, still groggy from the pills when she heard the bathroom door open and saw her husband's stunned face staring at her.

Consequences
The diet pills just weren't working as quickly as she'd wanted them to. She needed to lose the weight immediately or she would never make it. And if she didn't make it, there would be serious consequences to deal with. And how would she face the world if she didn't lose the weight? How could she face those that she cared about the most?
She studied herself in the mirror, then let out a sigh as the alarm sounded. The world never slept, it never slowed down and neither could she. It was time she put on her cape and show the world once again that she could be a superhero they could rely on.

The Change
Katie stared at the newspaper ad quoting the "best diet pills for women". It didn’t take a genius to know that most of these ads were nothing but a load of bull. So why was it that she was seriously considering checking out their website link.
It really wasn’t because she’d had a change of heart in the dieting industry, no. It was because here lately her husband was always commenting on her appearance and how fat she’d become. When they’d first met 11 years ago, he’d been proud to show her off and constantly told her how beautiful her size 2 body was. Now, after children and stress had taken it’s toll, that size 2 had turned into a size 6 and she was constantly reminded of how much of an embarrassment she really was.
“You’re fat. You need to stop eating so damn much.” He reminded her anytime she went near the kitchen. So she rarely ate and when she did, she managed to keep her daily meal to a sandwich, sometimes less. But, lately her husband had been eying other women. Women who were skinner and younger than she was. And lately he’d been gone a lot for business, even when the office was closed.
Now the diet pills were a real temptation she realized as she typed the website address into her browser’s URL. But before the web page could load, she closed it out with one simple click at the sudden realization of what she was about to do. The was insane!
It had been 11 long years. Why was her husband constantly complaining about her when he needed to take a good look in the mirror at his own image. He certainly wasn’t the buff ball player she once knew. No. he was extremely overweight, more so than herself and balding! And with that last thought she had a good long laugh and found herself typing in a search for divorce lawyers. Yes, it was long overdue and time.

Weight-Loss Equals a Fiber Pill?
Since when does a diet pill become a fiber pill that has nothing to do with dieting? if you go and read about products like glucomannan, you'll learn that it's suppose to be a diet pill. yet it mentions nothing about weight-loss and talks about everything else that it's good for.
Personally I like to get my fiber the old fashioned way by including bran or flax seed in my meals. I generally include flax seed in my morning breakfast shakes, which gives them a yummy nutty taste. Heck, I've even placed it over soy ice cream to give it some flavor. I'll skip the diet pills, thanks.

As I've Said
Even natural weight loss pills can become a problem if they're not really natural. If they're in pill form, chances are they contain a binding agent which holds the ingredients together. That binding agent is actually a chemical.
So if you're interested in herbs to take for weight loss, look at fresh herbs instead or if you absolutely must try the pill form, look for a capsule and break that capsule in half and only consume the herbs inside of it.

So What's So Great About Herbal Diet Pills?
Out of all of the research I've done and written about diet pills and chemicals, herbal diet pills are actually the most shocking of them all. While many people are lead to believe that these pills are good for us and harmless because they contain herbs, it's actually far from the truth.
Seriously read the label. They may contain herbs, but 9 times out of 10, they also contain chemicals and other harmful ingredients. And even if they say they only contain herbal ingredients, watch out because the pill itself which is actually a binding agent, is a chemical! So don't let those companies fool you. Always read the label first!

The ID -Four
From the monkey bars the little girl named Allie could see the boy being hauled away by the officer towards the police car. Beside her Andy mumbled, "Good I'm glad he's leaving."
Allie turned and glared at Andy. In some sense she felt sorry for him because he had once told her his mother had shoved diet pills down his throat and called him a fatty. In another sense she hated him because of what he'd done to the boy. She would never be his girlfriend, never.
She turned her attention back to the boy and realized he was watching her. There was a sudden sadness in her eyes, but then he smiled. Allie sucked in her breath, but smiled back at the boy. But the moment was interrupted by Andy's sudden laughter and a threat that made her cringe. "If you tell anyone, you're dead."
Allie thought back to that day on the playground when Andy had pushed her to the ground because she'd said she wouldn't be his girlfriend. It was the first time she'd seen the boy who always stayed to himself, punch Andy in the stomach and make him cry.
"Don't ever push her." She remembered hearing the boy say and then he'd helped her up from the ground and asked her if she was okay. It was a moment she would never forget.
Now she watched again as the officer motioned for the boy to get in the back of the police car. She watched as he turned back to her and mouthed words she could not understand because her vision had blurred from the tears that were flowing down her face. She closed her eyes for only a moment hoping that this was all just a dream, but when she opened them he was gone and the police car was still very much real as it pulled out of the parking lot and headed off with the boy she loved and always would.

Secret Shopping
"Are these the best diet pills you have for sale?" The plump girl with red hair showed the pharmacist a box she had picked up from the shelf.
"I believe so." He replied without looking up. "Are you sure?" She asked him again. The pharmacist looked up from his work and at the girl who was pestering him about a question he really had no time for. Diet pills weren't a real drug. It wasn't his business.
"Yes." He finally told her.
He watched the girl let out a heavy sigh and then she said, "Thank You. My boyfriend wants me to lose weight or he's going to dump me. And I don't think I could take that, ya know?"
The pharmacist frowned. Why on earth would she be revealing her personal life to him. He had more important things to do than to listen to her chatter on about her life.
"Well, thank you." She said with a slight smile.
"Yep." He replied and then went back to his work.
He watched the girl walk away with the pills in hand and smiled. Silly broad. Didn't she know that he had a more important duty than to answer some silly question like that. He looked back down at his work until he heard footsteps approach and someone clear there voice. When he looked up he smiled. It was his boss, Mr. Conklin.
"What can I do for you sir?" The pharmacist asked him.
"I need to speak with you in my office immediately." His boss replied.
The pharmacist nodded and closed the pharmacy window which told customers he was not available. Then he followed his boss into his office and waited nervously. If Mr. Conklin was calling him into his office it usually meant there was a problem. He suddenly wondered if he filled an order incorrectly or if he'd forgot to put paperwork in someone's order.
" We had a secret shopper in our store today." Mr. Conklin began. "She just reported her findings about our pharmacy department."
The pharmacist swallowed the lump that had just formed in his throat.
"The obvious reason I called you in here Rick is because you lack customer service skills. This is a small town and the only pharmacy we have in this town. I can't have its reputation ruined, so I'm sorry to say, but I'm going to have to let you go."
Rick nodded unsure what to say. He'd never considered the idea that some chunky girl could have such an important role in his career. A secret shopper? No way! No way!
"I'll let you finish out this work day. I wish you the best of luck in your future." His boss was saying, but Rick wasn't really listen, despite his nod. He was wondering just how the hell some girl could get him fired so easily. How she could ruin his career. A career he'd worked so damn hard on. There would be hell to pay. Oh yes, there would be hell to pay!

Heaven and Jade
The Apidexin was shoved back in the corner of the medicine cabinet. He stared at it for a brief moment and then reached for the bottle with a shaky hand. These will help me lose weight. He thought to himself.
He had been overweight since he was 8 years old. His mother would always give him sweets when all he really needed was a comforting hug or a pat on the back to show her support. He tried once to tell her that he didn't need the chocolate cake or cream-filled doughnuts, but she'd insist and nag him to eat, eat, eat. So he did and now he weighed almost 400 pounds.
Girls refused to look his way and job offers were rare. Sure he could work in fast food and he'd done that once, until the manager found out he was eating the profits and fired him. But really jobs did not matter because the Internet was a wonderful place for working and talking to people.
He smiled at those words. Jade was the love of his life, even though she didn't know it. He always looked forward to her chats every Friday when she came online and recently he realized something more. He was in love with her.
He met Jade in a local single's chat room. She was smart, funny and beautiful. They became fast friends and extended their conversation online on messenger. Then one day she sent him a photo of herself and he'd instantly fallen madly in love with her green eyes and jet black hair.
Jade was his soul mate. He knew that. But there was one little problem. When she'd asked for a picture of him, he'd sent her a picture of his cousin Joe. Joe was skinny and athletic. Joe was everything that he was not and he knew that if he'd sent a picture of himself she would be gone from his life forever. He thought thought his cousin's picture would be enough. That a simple picture would be all she would need to love him back.
But last night she'd come online excited. She'd confessed to him that she was in love. When he asked her who it was, she'd ignored his question and just said, he was handsome, funny and had a smile that would melt any girl's heart. She said she'd seem him at the grocery store but had been afraid to approach him for fear of being rejected. He'd frowned at that. How could any man reject her?
She talked about him for hours and with each kind and loving word, his heart shattered. And before they'd said their goodbyes, she'd mentioned that she was going to go back to that grocery store and find him again and she would keep going until she found him, he'd cried.
So today he would change his life. He would drop the weight and be the man she'd love for the rest of her life. Today he would become a changed man forever. He thought as he opened the bottle of diet pills and swallowed a pill. He would go to that grocery store and he would find her, even if it took forever. Then he would walk right up to her and kiss her without hesitation, without fear, without regret. To hell with this guy she was in love with. He was hers and he would show her with a kiss.
Jade took a deep breath and entered the store. He had to be here, he just had to. It'd been almost a week since she'd first seen him. She lived across the street from the store, so it was easy enough to see him from her apartment. But today she'd had an appointment and had to leave the house. So she'd missed being able to watch the store's front doors as people came in and out.
So instead she'd decided to go to the store and see if he was there. He had to be this time. Everyone needed food, right? And this was the only grocery store in town. She scanned the store and started to wander down one of the isles when she spotted him out of the corner of her eye.
Her knees suddenly became weak. What if he didn't like her, what if she wasn't his type? It was now or never. If she didn't approach him she knew she would regret it for the rest of her life. She took two steps and then realized he had spotted her. Oh God. He was going to hate her. She just knew it. He'd probably seen her staring and was going to give her a piece of his mind or run the other direction.
She looked down and the floor and felt the tear drops fall from her face. Her knees began to buckle and she could feel herself falling until sudden strong hands stopped her. She looked up and saw him smile. "Are you alright?" He asked her. Oh God. His voice was gorgeous. Everything about him was gorgeous. And then there was that smile again. "Yes." She whispered. She was going to die just from his smile and before she even knew his name. She just knew it. "Good." He said his face leaning closer to hers. She sighed and closed her eyes. It was a dream come true. And then she felt his lips kissing hers and she knew she'd died and was in heaven. She'd found the man of her dreams and he'd found her.

Researching Dangerous Stuff
As everyone knows by now, I'm not a fan of taking diet pills. I know for a fact that some are dangerous and can do harm. The best way I believe in losing weight is by natural diet and exercise.
Of course not everyone will agree with me. So if you're one who does believe in a diet pill, please make sure you do your research before you purchase anything. There are many websites out there who have a lot of information on different pills such as Nuphedra. It's not uncommon to find a nuphedra review online because of it's popularity. But it goes the same for any diet pills or supplements. Choose wisely and choose safely, please!

Weight Loss Extravaganda
It seems like every time I turn around companies are trying to get you to buy their weight loss pills. Of course they want you to think it's an easy way to lose weight, but it's really far from it. Not to mention most diet pills are dangerous. They contain chemicals that can cause more damage than good.
The best way to lose weight it by doing it naturally. Eat sensibly and workout. If you need a little extra help, try a natural herb or a spice like cayenne pepper which can promote fat burning. If you find yourself tempted, throw out all of the processed foods in your home and seek support through family and friends. Hang around others who are trying to lose weight.
There's no reason why losing weight should involve shoving overpriced chemicals into your body. You're not only wasting your time, you're also wasting your money and that certainly something everyone could save on more practical items at the moment!

Part Two Of Diet PIlls
Since there has been a lot of talk about diet pills and fat burners like Leptovox, I really think that I want to touch base with this topic again.
Years ago I decided I needed to really lose some stubborn fat because all of the walking I had been doing was not dropping the after-pregnancy fat that I had. I had also somehow thought at that time my ex was really into the models with the beautiful bodies. Plus, he too decided that he wanted to lose some fat, so we purchased a very popular fat burner (celebrity endorsed of course!) in hopes of looking like the before an after pictures on the box.
But, after taking about half of the pills in the box we saw no improvement because we were looking for an instant miracle, so we gave up. It was also during that time that many pills were popping up as being dangerous. I guess we were lucky enough that the one we had chosen had not caused us any harm.
But the really interesting part about this story is, we were looking for instant miracle. Diet pills, fat burners, whatever a company wants to call them, are not instant miracles. It takes healthy eating and a great workout routine to get your body into shape. Discipline is really the key to any weight loss with or without a pill.
There's also something else. There is no such thing as the perfect body. Someone may tell you they have seen one, but in reality we have no idea what the perfect body really looks like. Man is determined that everything needs to be perfect or it's not worth it. While it's not good to be obese, it's also not fair to be ridiculed or turned down for a date because you don't have a skinny supermodel body.
So in my opinion, man needs to shut up and open their eyes because natural beauty is the best damn thing that will ever happen to them.

Researching Diet Pills
I have talked about diet pills, many times before on my blog. And while not all diet pills are bad, I'm a firm believer that exercise and the proper nutrients are so much better for your body.
Still, some do need a little more help and most choose diet pills. If it's a popular product, they'll go for it, hoping for results. Some diet pills will work and some won't. And while some are harmless, some can be very dangerous because consumer markets are looking to make a buck and researching their product is never their number one goal.
I must admit I like the website syber vision reviews for the very reason that they do offer a review of various diet pills. Still, it's no guarantee on whether the pill will work for some or whether it's really all that safe. But it is nice to know there are some websites out there who do give their opinion on a weight loss product.
If you're one of the many that have considered using diet pills to lose weight, please do your research before you buy. Look up the ingredients, check to see just how many people have used the product and whether it worked or not, and just make sure it's safe! After all, you only have one body, one life!

Diet Pills. Are They a Risk?
In the past when I still had a lot of baby fat to lose, I decided to try dieting pills. As a matter of fact it was a endorsed by a famous blond who is no longer with us today. The diet pills did not work.
Not everyone has probably experienced the same results as I have. For some maybe diet pills work. For me however, I won't be trying diet pills again. Since then I've just been eating healthier and walking a lot. I've cut back on the walking, but I still eat healthier than I have in the past.
I think it's just as easy to lose weight with proper nutrition and exercise. Control is another key. Eating healthy and exercising won't work if you're still eating in huge quantities. Also just eating healthier alone or exercise alone won't work either. You have to be willing to do both. I think it's why so many diets fail. And diet pills? Well, some of them now scare me. I've heard too many horror stories about heart failure due to diet pill ingredients or people taking too many at once.
But as I said, everyone's experience varies. So, what's your opinion on diet pills, exercise and eating healthy?

The Danger of Energy Pills
I'm not a fan of energy pills. I think they're a load of bull. Now a natural energy I am okay with, but putting junk into your body and taking a big risk of possible death is just plain stupid.
I'll tell you why I feel so strongly against them. About 5 years ago my friend and I made a 22 hour trip to Virginia. Thinking that we could save some time getting there, I stopped at a local truck stop and picked up some energy pills. After I took them I ended up being very sick and dizzy from them. Enough that it freaked me out and I swore I'd never do something as stupid as that again.
It's crazy that truck stops and convenience stores are allowed to sell products that can be potentially dangerous. I was luck that my best friend was with me that night or I might not have paid attention to the road ahead of us and been here today. I've learned my lesson. I hope you won't make the same mistake as I did. It's not worth the risk.
If you must take energy pills, please do your homework and know your ingredients!

Fitness Goals and My Back.
One of the goals I have in my life is to get into shape again. For about two years now my back has been giving me serious problems. Any time I bend over for any amount of time, even to do laundry, my back is in serious pain when I try to straighten up. As a matter of fact at times it's hard for me to straighten back out. Not good.
My back isn't the only area I want to strengthen. I noticed last Friday that even walking has me out of breathe. While I am not overweight and in need of dieting aids, I think I could use a change in my diet as well.
I guess for some, dieting aids like pills can help, but I'm not one that likes to use pills to help me in my goals. I believe that losing weight and getting into shape naturally is the best way for your body to be healthy.
Not everyone will agree with me however, and for those that don't, doing your homework on the pros and cons of various diet pills is a must. There are too many risks out there associated with certain pills and your life isn't worth the risk of not knowing.
You need to know what the claims are behind the so-called best diet pills and whether or not they are really worth it. Do your research and be safe, please.
If a diet pill works for you and it's safe, then that's great. But, for me, I'd rather not take that risk. I'd rather get into shape naturally. What about you? Do you workout? What do you think of diet pills and other weight loss aids?

Reviewing Diet Pills
I have noticed that more and more people lately are concerned with losing weight. And now that summer is here, for many exercise and weight loss is a top priority. Some choose to stick with their weight loss goals through diet and exercise while others need a little more help to achieve their weight loss goal.
Generally they'll turn to a weight loss aide such as a diet pill like, Phentermine. But, how do you know it's safe? You really don't unless you've done your research on the product. ConsumerPriceWatch.net is a unique site that offers reviews of the various diet pills that are on the market today.
I like the idea of knowing more about the good and the bad of a product.
