Sometimes I really just don't get the media. And if there is ever a day they snap photos of me and hate what I'm wearing, you can darn well bet I'm going to say something about it.
I was just viewing yahoo and what should come up in the headlines? According to the media, how disastrous Lindsay Lohen looks in her outfit. I love the hippy dress and would wear it in a heartbeat. I mean really, I know the girl has problems, but give her a break when it comes to what she feels comfortable in!
If the media thinks celebrities like Lindsay aren't dressing their best, they should start snapping photos of people in Wal-mart (wait, someone already did that one) or at Independence, Kansas's local karaoke acts! This town would be famous in no time at all!
Acid cigars, that's what he wanted. The mall had been packed after work due to the holiday season, but Matt didn't need the mall to do his Christmas shopping. What he wanted required a visit to a special shop, a place that couldn't be found just anywhere. He'd actually had to contact a friend of a friend to find what he needed.
And it wasn't just any cigar either. He'd wanted something a person would never forget. and it was the best gift he could ever give his boss. Oh yes, revenge was bittersweet.
I might not like being in this small town at the moment, but it doesn't mean I'm insane enough not to enjoy the spectacular events and festivals that this place does have to offer for a small town.
Not too long ago I wrote a review/article of sorts about our local Neewollah festival that happens in October each year. The festival is not just known around these parts, however. It is famous enough that people from all over the United States come here every year. To find out why it's so darn famous, check out my review/article: Halloween Festival Fun in Independence, Kansas.
Before I go to lunch, I want to share with you a post I found from a blogger that I now admire. He's a Donald Trump follower and just for that, worthy of being mentioned.
I've always been fascinated by Donald Trump, simply because he's made it to the top and is proud of it. He knows you can't become millionaire without hard work. That's why I admire his work, so much.
I remember when David Hasselhoff was enjoying great fame with his shows Knight Rider and Baywatch. I still enjoy his shows. I don't know what has made him resort to drinking soo much. Nothing is worth it to be like this. David, you're not alone! Please know that. Just as I said about Paris, you're human too. You can't blame others for your drinking! Instead of drinking your problems away, why not sober up and focus on the problem itself. Drinking isn't the answer, but I am sure you have been told this time and time again. I have seen so many of my family members battle drugs and alcohol. Sigh. I say focus on your reason for drinking. Focus on what is hurting on the inside. It's obvious in the video there is a lot of hurt. Everyone experience's pain and it's so sad to see David in this state. Yes, he's done it to himself. I just hope he can realize that drinking is not the answer to life's hurt. Why do people do this to themselves??
I do have one thing to say. I believe his daughter had his best interest in mind, but I also believe in some sense this should have been a private matter. I am sharing this however because I believe people need to see that alcohol can affect anyone, even celebrities like David Hasselhoff.
Now if you're still with me... Finally! A judge who is willing to treat someone with money and fame like a real person. If it were someone who wasn't famous, I know there would be a lot more people not giving a crap and saying they deserved what they got. Paris is human, humans make mistakes. Live up to your mistake, Paris. Everyone else has to. I am hoping the time in jail will help Paris to realize that life isn't just about fun and games. Show your fans the right way to do things. Show them a positive image. Care about others rather than yourself, please.
I don't know what her mother was thinking to say something like that to the judge. Yes, she is a mother, but mom... what would have happened if Paris had killed someone or killed herself? Would your reaction be the same? Take your tit out of your daughter's mouth and let her learn from her mistakes, please! There are young people out there who follow in your daughter's footsteps! What would happen if one of those fans drives drunk and kills someone or kills your daughter?? Then what? Everyone makes mistakes, even our children. We can either guide them down the wrong path or we can guide them down the right path.
Please guide them down the right path! Our children are our future!
