My Review of New Chapter Perfect Calm and Perfect Energy Supplement, and a Giveaway!

A few weeks ago, I received a 5 day supply of Perfect Energy and and a 5 day supply of Perfect Calm courtesy of Best Price Nutrition, to review. This was a product review I couldn't wait to be a part of because my life has been nothing but stressful from one day to the next. However, to be fair, I had my husband review the Perfect Energy, while I reviewed the Perfect Calm. Here are our thoughts on the supplemental products.

My husband recently started a new job that required him to be awake early in the morning, something he hasn't had to do in years. Needless to say, the new hours made him very tired and he lacked the energy he needed to be productive at work. But, after a few days of taking the Perfect Energy, he said he was more alert and productive than he had been in years. However, after a few more days of taking the product supplement, my husband said his energy boost had warn off. Still, I noticed after his 5 day supply ran out, he was a lot more sluggish than he had been when he was taking the supplement.

When I started taking Perfect Calm, I didn't notice any immediate change. But, after about the 3rd day, I realized my stress level had gone down some and I was able to think more clearly. I found myself more relaxed in certain stressful situations. By day 5 I'd definitely noticed an improvement in how calm my mood had become. Now that I'm out of the Perfect Calm supplement, my stress level has gone up some again.

It's a sad day in this house with very little energy and a lot of stress, but all in all, my husband and I both have to agree, if given more time, Perfect Energy and Perfect Calm, could have the potential to help change the way your body reacts to life without all of the processed chemicals and yucky stuff you'll find in many vitamins and nutritional supplements.

And to help give you that opportunity, one lucky reader will get a full supply of Perfect Calm thanks to Best Price Nutrition, to help unwind life's stress, naturally. All you have to do is leave me a comment explaining why you want to win the Perfect Calm Product. I'll choose the winner based on the best answer given. You Can't Win Them All Over

Unfortunately there’s not much I can do with prenatal vitamin reviews when incorporating it into a story like the one I have been. If any of my readers had any good ideas as to how the next scene may go from there using those words, feel free to share it with me by leaving a comment on this post and I’ll be happy to post it for my other readers to see. In the meantime, it’s time for this Insane Writer to call it a night.

Name That Website

Have you ever wanted to create a website name like multiplevitamins.net, but just wasn't quite sure where to begin?

When I first decided to create a website name, I was totally clueless on how to really go about creating a great niche for it. In fact, I never really even understood what a niche really was. What I did was chose a website based on my writing pen name and then threw up everything under the son, but my writing work on the site itself. Big mistake if you want to really get noticed!

I mean think about it, if you're planning to sell baby products, you wouldn't want to use a website name that had the words multiple vitamins in it, would you? nope, you'd want a product that had to do with vitamins!

You should also go for a popular niche and vitamins is very hot. There are a lot of want to get healthy people out there and they want the best products on the market to help them get healthy!

And finally, when choosing a website name, be sure that it's within reasonable length. Your visitors don't want to have to remember, let alone type in a website name that's a mile long! So keep it short or chances are they'll move on to someone else!

Swallowing Chemicals

Did you know that even supplements like women's vitamins that claim to be natural can still contain chemicals. If it's in solid form whether it's a capsule or pill, it has chemicals in the binding that makes it a solid form. And while it might not seem like such a big deal, those chemicals can actually break down the vitamins to where they don't even work! How insane is that? So if you didn't know that bit of information, now you do!!

The Effects of Chemicals

Sometimes when you get an assignment it takes you on a different route than you had originally planned. I've more than my fair share of re-routing things and today seems to be one of those times. First, I started off with a bad headache when I woke up this morning. Generally I drink tea for breakfast (usually the herbal kind), but since the kiddos have been getting out early from school lately, I made coffee for the hubby instead and skipped my pot of tea.

Well, I'm guessing there is enough caffeine in my morning tea to keep my headaches at bay. Usually I have tea at night too, right before bedtime. Last night it didn't happen because the hubby was not too happy about me getting free ice cream and not having money to get him any ice cream. Yes, he certainly can be a pain in the neck at times. So I skipped eating the ice cream and he finished off my pot of tea.

Now today here I am trying to kill this headache that has turned worse. I took some medication for it, but so far the results have been zero. Of course you may be wondering just why the hell am I online if I have this bad of a headache and it's because I have work due today, no choice.

So now that I'm getting sidetracked this brings me to another story that makes me wonder about chemicals and their effects. I've been doing a lot of research on the effects of vitamins that are man-made. They're full if chemicals which aren't good for us. My father-in-law used to give his dog pet supplements and now I'm very sure they can have the same negative effects on animals as they do on humans.

Now I do know that animals don't always have the same health issues as we humans do, but I would be very leery of giving my pets vitamins that are man-made. However, if you find one that is organic with all natural ingredients I think it would be a better choice.

And as far as I know my father-in-law doesn't give his dog vitamins anymore, so I'm glad. Of course then again I really don't know if those vitamins were chemical induced or made from Mother Nature.

It's Never Ending it Seems

Ever since I started working at my new job I've noticed a sharp pain and numbness in my hand again. Last night it was bad enough that my husband was even concerned. It's happened once before when I worked at a wire factory. Well today the sharp shooting pain and numbness has travel up to my elbow. I can take a good guess that it's carpal tunnel. Sigh.

The one major option that I have is surgery, but that is not an option for me since I cannot afford it due to the lack of insurance and I'm not a fan of surgery. I could go with the insurance provided with the company I am working for, but their cost is extreme and I pay 20% of all bills. However, if it all boils down to it, I will probably do so.

I was looking up natural remedies and did find that vitamin b6 and b12  can help, so I may look into that.

Yoga has also been mentioned as a way to relieve carpal tunnel. I don't really have time for yoga, however. As a matter of fact I don't really have time for any type of exercise other than what I do at work.
