Science Experiements and Putting up With Jerks

Umm hgh human growth hormone products that fight against aging naturally? I don't believe it! But should you want to see for yourself, then do a little research and you may be as intrigued, yet shocked as I am.

I honestly wonder why women would want to turn back the hands of time just to impress their guy. Now don't get me wrong on this, it's one thing to want to look nice for your guy, but if he can't except the fact that you're growing old and wants you to do something about it or you've suggested on your own that you'll do something about it, you need to boot him right out the door.

Women make so many sacrifices when it comes to trying to please a man. They will bend over backwards just to get their attention and take his BS when he says, he doesn't like the way you look. And we wonder why our daughters have such little self-esteem. Seriously hun, he's just not worth it.

Win a Free Copy of Author Julia J. Austin's, "It Starts With You."

About a month ago I had the privilege of obtaining a copy for review, of Author Julia J Austin’s book, “It Starts With You.” The book is endorsed by Dr. John Gray, the author of the "Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus" series. "It Starts With You" is for women who want to find a relationship that is right for them.

Read My Review!
Have you ever wondered if the man you are with is the right one for you? Or maybe you’re just not sure how to find the right guy in the first place. Julia J. Austin’s, “It Starts With You” is straightforward advice on how to find the right guy or keep the one you already have.

She discusses more than just how to find the right guy, however. Julia teaches us that we also need to take a look at ourselves if we want to find the right one for us. She also shows us how to hold onto the guy who may already be in our lives.

Julia also shares what it’s like to go from man to man and marriage to marriage, in desperation to have someone in her life. Her story is not a sad ending however, as she also shares her knowledge on how eventually finds the love of a lifetime. The kind of love every woman hopes and dreams for.

The best thing about the book is, it contains quizzes that allow you to learn who you truly are and what you really want in a relationship with your own thoughts and ideas.

Julia J Austin’s, “It Starts With You” is as refreshing as it gets, when it comes to the truth about relationships and what matters the most. This is definitely a book for any woman who is looking to for the answers to her own relationship or lack of.

It’s well worth the read.

Win the Book!
Because Julia Austin's book is a positive inspiration towards relationships and self -esteem, I am giving away my copy of the book. The book is a little bent due to being read, but it's still in almost new shape.

GOOD LUCK TO THOSE WHO ENTER!

The winner will be announced on a future post.

Outside of the US: Unfortunately I can only ship the book within the US for now. I am hoping to change this in the near future!

Acne and Self-Esteem

As a teenager I never really had a problem with acne. However since I have gotten older, I find that I have quite a few acne breakouts. While my acne is not as serious as some, even a small case of acne can have a devastating effect on self-esteem.

For most, treating acne is as easy as an over-the-counter treatment, but not everyone's skin is created equal. When over-the-counter acne treatments just won't work, a stronger medication may be needed. If that's the case, you may want to try a stronger acne treatment prescribed by a dermatologist. If a dermatologist isn't an option you may want to give www.acnecuresrevealed.net a try.

Please remember to do your research before starting any acne treatment program.

Real Beauty

One of the main reasons I signed up to be a part of the blog for a year campaign is to begin my website and dream in helping those who suffer with low self-esteem. Well, today I found my chance to advance in that dream/goal.

Dove Beauty is allowing women to host workshops that encourage girls to better their self-esteem.

A few minutes ago, I signed up for the workshop and DVD/CD that will allow me to help others with low self-esteem issues. I truly believe this is the start I am looking for. It actually takes a few months for the DVD/CD to arrive, but once it does, I want to talk to our local high school here about hosting a workshop for the girls here. If that goes well, I'd like to host workshops for the other high schools in our area. I also want to start an online blog for all of this. I am really excited about this project. I believe this could be a start of something awesome. To better our outlook at true beauty. I have so many other ideas about this project that it's almost unreal! I can't wait to get started!

If you're interested in hosting your own Dove Beauty Workshop check out their page at: Campaign For Real Beauty. If you do decide to host a workshop I would love to know about it! By the way, in case you're wondering, it's all free. :)

What Men Consider Beautiful. Dare I Dream?

I've always had a love for beauty as far back as junior high. At one point in my life (I think right around junior high, actually) I even wanted to go to cosmetology school. It was a way for me to allow others to feel good about themselves. I see it as a wonderful thing when others who have experienced low self-esteem at some time in their life, are finally able to smile and love the way they feel and look about themselves.

One thing that has always baffled me is, how men see women and their true beauty. What do they find beautiful in a woman. I was actually surprised at their answers and I think you will too. So, I wanted to share this with you. Let me know what you think.
